| Minneapolis Deliveries are made Mondays and Wednesdays, from 5:00pm –
9:00pm. |
| St. Paul Deliveries are made Tuesdays and Thursdays, from 5:00pm –
9:00pm. |
| Special Deliveries are made Fridays, from 5:00pm - 9:00pm. |
| Someone must
be at the delivery address to receive the delivery during the delivery hours
shown above on the day that delivery is scheduled, unless special arrangements are
made with our Warehouse. The minimum charge for special arrangements
for delivery is $40.00. |
| No deliveries will be made to a location without a working telephone. If
no one is present to take delivery during the scheduled delivery hours, the delivery will not be
made, and will need to be rescheduled or picked up at our Warehouse. To
reschedule a delivery, contact our Warehouse. The rescheduled delivery will be made for
double the original delivery fee. All delivery charges due must be paid
before pickup or re-delivery. |
| Occasionally a delivery will not be made as scheduled, due to unforeseen circumstances, such as
poor road conditions, weather, or the product purchased is out of stock at
the warehouse. You will be contacted by the Warehouse to reschedule if any
of the above apply. There is no additional charge for deliveries that
do not arrive as scheduled due to unforeseen circumstances. |
| The delivery person can not enter the customer's home. The driver
will place the product in a garage, on a porch, or inside the front
door. Due to the weight and bulk of a bunk bed, the delivery person
does require the assistance of the customer at the delivery site for
unloading and moving all bunk bed orders. |
