(Of course, at the present this site is too new to have had any REAL
questions, so we'll take a guess as to what they MIGHT be! Let's
assume that they all have something to do with orders...)
 | Q: Can I order over the Internet?
A: Not at this time; we don't yet have a secure site, so we
don't want to risk the security of your credit card numbers or other
information. |
 | Q: So how DO I order?
A: The very best way, if possible, is to visit our
Brooklyn Park Showroom: that way you can see, touch
and feel the actual fabrics and finishes, or test the comfort of our
different mattress and futon styles. If this is not possible,
and the pictures and descriptions in this website are all you need,
then you can write or fax us with your order. |
 | Q: And you'll deliver it?
A: Not on Internet sales; we deliver only on sales made
through our showrooms. You may pick up your order at our
factory during business hours; or we can ship by UPS those items
that meet their shipping requirements, at a charge of $15.00 per
item. Items too large to be shipped UPS will require a special
quote. |
 | Q: What if I don't like it - can I return it?
A: Sorry - NO returns are possible. |
 | Q: But what if something's WRONG with it?
A: If it has been damaged in shipping, contact the shipping
company to register a damage claim. If the problem is a
manufacturing defect or missing part, it's a warranty issue handled
by our warehouse. Call us at
(763) 561-1600 Monday through Friday between 8:30am and 5:00pm to obtain
a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. The
merchandise, along with the RMA number, should be sent or brought to our
warehouse for exchange or repair. |
